Terms for coach accounts and athlete seats

You must be at least 13 to use Vanta. If you are 13–17, the supported parent or legal-guardian flow must be completed and your participation must remain within an authorized coach or program workflow.

Coaches and program administrators represent that they have authority to manage athlete seats, invite staff, upload training footage, and share feedback for their program.

Vanta is a changing private beta. Features, scoring presentation, storage limits, integrations, Arcade features, and access may change, pause, or be removed.

Billing is handled manually unless live checkout is shown. Any paid offer, included seats, renewal terms, and cancellation details will be presented before payment. Beta pricing may change prospectively.

You keep ownership of footage, audio, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Vanta a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You may upload only content you have the right and permission to use. You may not misuse athlete data, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Vanta unlawfully.

Training videos and derived performance metrics are private by default and use short-lived authorized access rather than public media buckets.

Vanta supports coaching decisions and does not replace a qualified coach.

Vanta does not provide medical advice or treatment recommendations.

Vanta does not diagnose injuries, medical conditions, or performance disorders.

Vanta does not guarantee injury prevention or return-to-play readiness.

Vanta does not guarantee college recruiting outcomes or scholarship results.

Vanta does not publish unsupported accuracy percentages for movement scoring.

Vanta does not guarantee performance improvement, scholarships, roster selection, NIL deals, sponsor deals, prize earnings, or recruiting outcomes.

Arcade XP has no cash redemption value. Sponsor-funded Cash Boards may appear only when a real event satisfies its published funding, rules, eligibility, evidence, and payout requirements.

We may suspend or end access to protect athletes, other users, the service, or legal obligations, including for misuse or security risk.

Vanta may rely on hosting, database, analytics, music, and payment providers. Their services may be unavailable or subject to separate terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanta is provided as available and without warranties during beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Final liability, contest, prize, tax, and jurisdiction-specific language requires attorney review before any funded Cash Board is published.

We may update these terms as the beta changes. Material changes apply prospectively after notice. Continued use after the stated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
